From what I read on these forums, the encounters scale depending on your roster. So a weak roster gives him weak encounters, as far as I know.0

In a word.... yes. It is possible.
Because of the way scaling works they will be facing level virtually nothing opponents with a major buffed Daken who, compared to the general level of their roster, will be an absolute beast. PvE is almost made for rosters like that TBH. They'll be screwed as essential heroes rotate though.
OFC doesn't mean they aren't cheating, just that you wouldn't need to so probably aren't.0 -
Ok, I will leave it then.
Thank you,0 -
If you have time / care enough, keep an eye on how fast his points go up when he plays. Most of his chars have 1 cover only, so although he will win all his encounters, it should take him a decent amount of time. If he gains too many points too fast you know something is up0

Its really unlikely that theyre cheaing: those types of rosters are generally the ones that do well in pve.0

Actually, the best thing you can do if you have a suspicion is to report him. If he isn't a cheater and he is indeed benefitting from non existing scaling, then no harm done and you wasted a few minutes typing up a report. If he is cheating, you would be benefitting everyone in the same bracket if he gets removed.0 -

I had a very similar one sitting in the top 10 of Heroic Dark Avengers until the last day purely on the strength of a single cover She-Hulk.0 -
Working as intended. People with developed rosters actually getting covers from PvE is the bug0

Also, let's not forget that rubberbanding appears to be in full effect this PVE so far. I played 1 node in each sub (first set) before bed. At the time, highest node was 600. Woke up for my morning coffee and cigarette, highest node was almost 1500.
So I did the same thing last night. Highest node last night was 550 (I think, I was tired). This morning.... 1564.
So if you are patient enough, waiting until you drop to 75-100 or lower in the ranks, you can rubberband to the top and get the progression rewards with a lot less effort.0
