modern hawkeye aoe bug

I thought this bug was fixed in a recent patch note, but I still see it from time to time, especially when playing Thor or Sentry. I think what happens is:

1. Play a huge AOE power
2. Kill the "target" enemy
3. See "Avoid" trigger
4. Now the dead target is in front, Hawkeye is in middle, third enemy is in back
5. Third enemy takes AOE damage, dies
6. Hawkeye emerges unscathed

I assume this is not intended behavior, since it doesn't seem to to always trigger. It's frustrating when you have a game-ending power saved up and then it doesn't end the match.

    ditto. I then click on Hawkeye to make him the target in the front row and he dodges behind a corpse when I activate another ability. This has happened to me with both Thor and Punisher this week. Cast CotS to wipe out the team, then Hawkeye dodges Mjolnir's Might; cast Molotov to wipe the team, then Hawkeye dodges a lethal Retribution.

    Just got it again while playing with Hawkeye in Shield training. My Hawkeye was up front, Moonstone shot him with a Photon Blast, which took out Wolverine. Wolverine was standing behind Hawkeye, but still died first *THEN* Hawkeye jumped behind Wolverine's body. Moonstone made match damage which hit poor dead Logan. When my turn came back around, Clint walked casually to the front of the line, looked up, shugged, and said "what?"

    Haven't you ever seen the hero or the villain in a movie conveniently use allies as a shield, and prop them up as a shield when dead?

    Or Weekend at Bernies?

    Bump by the way cause I've just seen exactly this behaviour again in the current Magneto lightning round. I translocated Thor and Hawkeye dodged the resulting cascade so it killed Magneto instead, but he was still hiding behind the corpse when the second set of tiles dropped in and resulted in an extra match.
