But long time reader. I must say that while I consider myself a big part of this forum from what I read and how often, I'm slow to give praise. I am still mad that I've seen no refund in hp iso or covers from the rags I bought and spidey I bought for over $200, that this true healing change really wasn't that bad. I still hate it, and as iceix mentioned, it's been a lot of changes fast, but I do think this game is heading in a good direction, and the change really wasn't that bad. I still think it's lame to call a thread a discussion when you already know exactly what you're going to do, but all in all, I like not having to grind, and it's something that has affected everyone equally, so I really haven't seen too big of changes.

I wish d3 would listen to the players more, but I was quick to jump the gun thinking this would effectively kill the game.

Cheers, and I'll accept iso or hp on the rags and spidey, since I still haven't heard back about rags/spidey icon_e_wink.gif

    Plus, I have to add, d3 was right. I really do enjoy using characters I would never use in season 3, spreading out my iso (since I know the day after I fully level my magneto he will get nerfed). I never thought that would be accurate, but it is. Punisher and dr doom have gotten more kos's for me than hulk or magneto in their buffed events

    The best thing you can do is email customer support. Always include your player ID (when you click the envelope button on the initial MPQ screen, it will be there), otherwise when they finally say they will compensate you with ISO/HP, they will ask you for that ID and you'll have to wait another couple days-weeks to get your compensation.

    Well it's been 6th months, so I'm not expecting it. Just saying the game is going in a good direction despite the fact that the tinykittied me

    If you have not gotten a reply or a notice the ticket has been closed then you should follow up.
