Phone failure and loss of data

Hello,

Due to an update of my Phone (Sony Xperia M), I have a error message when I try to play.


I didn't root my phone, so I can't manually save the data.
I didn't use Facebook registration, cause I don't use F***book (old school...)


If I uninstall and reinstall the game, do I lose every data ?
