Was in top 25 in Army of One. Didn't get other cover.

I was rank 15 overall in the Army of One pvp event but I only got the 1 blue cover and not the black cover as well. I had 3 black doom covers prior to the event and didn't get my 4th as I should have. Did anyone else have this happen to them? Sending a support ticket right now.
