Magneto Marvel Now - Iron Hammer bug?

I just saw Marvel Now Magneto, controlled by the AI. Use Iron Hammer. The character's description said it would be a 2-turn countdown timer, but it placed a 0-turn countdown timer, which detonated immediately for the described effect, destroying the 20 surrounding tiles.

    No, and it didn't appear to interact with any other power.
