Yet another roster advice thread

I'm at a point in my progression where I have a number of decent *** characters decently covered, but I need to decide who gets my hard-earned ISO next. I also have enough HP to consider buying a single cover, but I don't want to do that unless it'll make a really major difference. This is my list of *** with 8 or more covers:

Black Panther 2/5/5, at level cap
Lazy Cap 5/5/2, at level cap
Hulk 5/5/2 at level cap
Patch 4/5/2, lvl 102, max 115
Lazy Thor 3/3/4, at level cap
GSBW 5/3/2, lvl 99, max 102
IM40 3/5/3, lvl 88, max 115
Psylocke 2/3/3, lvl 65, max 77
Daredevil 5/1/2, lvl 39, max 79

Patch seems to be the go-to guy now, but I don't have enough yellow to take full advantage of his healing, and I suspect buying one more yellow cover won't do it either. Also, I'd have to run him without CMags. (I do have CMags, but he's only at 3/2/1 right now.)

DD doesn't seem worth it, Psylocke probably needs more covers before I start sinking ISO into her, and I mainly use IM40 for his yellow, which doesn't scale with levels. So what about the others, then?

Right now I'm leaning toward buying either a blue Lazy Cap cover or a green Lazy Thor. Cap would give me my first 141 character, and at 3 covers his blue starts to overwrite special tiles which makes a big difference. I'd still have to respec him eventually, though. Thor would do lots more damage at 5 green, but other than that his abilities would stay the same and I still couldn't get him to 141. I suppose I could also get a GSBW purple (better green generation) or a Hulk black (Hulk get angrier) or Panther yellow (not much difference, but, again, I could get him to 141.) So what should I do?

the biggest problem you have really is more than enough iso but no covers to put them in. Personally if you have enough to buy the cover for one of your 3 stars i'd do it, Panther is your best choice as his black is game ending(3.2k at max level) for now just get patch to max soft cap and keep at the PVP's and PVE's for covers. Most of the time you can't buy enough covers at once to make any real difference unless you have at least 5k HP(4 covers) so your best bet is just keep getting finishes and tokens and hope that you get what you need.

Yeah, I definitely don't want to buy more than one cover. Ideally, I'd rather not buy any, but after 165 days of playing and still not a single 141, I'm getting kind of antsy.

(Admittedly, some of this is due to my being a stubborn contrarian who hates Punisher and sells all his covers, but that's life.)

I've been trying out Panther in simulator this season to get a feel for the character and his black is definitely awesome, but his other two abilities seem kind of mediocre, which is why I was considering Lazy Cap instead. I guess the big question is, what's worth more -- the stun/tile overwriting, or the massive AoE damage?

In PVP, the massive damage. In PVE, lazy cap is better but having maxed characters isn't that important.
