EDIT: Possible Glitch Re LR Cover Rewards

Title says it all. Cover rewards have been removed from LRs.

EDIT: Could have been a glitch, but it persisted for the entire hour and a half of the last LR on my end.

    I haven't really paid attention to LR rewards but do you mean progression or placement?

    I got a few 1*s over the course of 4 LRs, but 0 2* at all. Wonder if they realized that the market was flooded and cut off the valve - also wonder if this tweak extends to regular PvP too?

    Are you sure? I could have sworn I had a 2* thor in my last set of sells. I guess maybe he was a progression reward from the pve/pvp tourny.

    My last LR there were no cover rewards showing up as an option at all and after finishing in 1st (having crossed the 500 point threshold) I had earned 0 cover rewards at all.

    Some people's devices may not be fully updated yet, but we'll see with the next LR whether they are still around.

    Well I just updated and got a 1* anyway. Didn't grind too much because I was 1 minute late, so I had to slog through 141s instead of seeds

    If it's really a ninja change, people will be screaming bloody murder all over the interweb.
    You can't nerf healing claiming you want roster diversity, then decide to remove cover rewards from LR matches... therefore enticing people to buy more covers.

    Marred with a lack of subtly?

    I'm sure it's got to be a glitch though, right? No one's that stupid..........*

    I am experiencing the same thing... only 1 or maybe 2 if i am very lucky to get covers during LR runs. seems like the drop rate has been nerfed.

    *well i just played another round and i had 6 2* drop... so i guess thats RNG at its best

    Just got an ares from the LRs.

    Had enough seeds to get to 250, got 5 2*s

    it looks like cover drops have been lowered within the last week. i think about 30% less as much as before. i think it goes into the "money grab scheme". less playing time, less cover drops, lower ways to gain iso, their "generous" boost for iso buys, all goes into my conspiracy of them trying to squeeze more money.

    I don't think they've changed, I think it's maybe just the RNG.

    i just fought the seeds in the 8 EST LR. 11 minutes, 200 points, and 9 2* cover drops from fights.

    it certainly has noy decreased. i play every LR every wee and this pretty par for the course.
