Guy, you need to "Let it go." Your posts make you sound like some sort of jilted lover. Watch some Disney movies or something.
You should understand soon why I said that.
Nobody cares that Nazerith is blood doping his players so they can stay awake and shield hop longer.
Nobody cares that Slobofix is actually a robot developed by the US government.
Nobody cares that the initiation process to join X-MEN is to use a roster of Bagman, Yelena and Daredevil for three straight events and still make top 25.
Nobody cares that the only reason you post about how much you hate X-MEN is because you still wish you could join their team.0 -
No, this is nothing of all that, and it's always been the same motives that led me to post first. I don't care about Nazerith. I only care about the collateral consequences his code of conduct may have to the game. If you did not understand that, I must have explained myself badly.
So far, all that I said proved to be right, and he was banned (along with another player) and cheaters were found in his Alliances.
I am only against the behaviours that go beyond imagination, and something far worse than anybody could think of.
It will take some time before the truth goes out. It may have consequences.
So, I do appreciate the words of Kakko, but she is only speaking for herself. She is in no way the witness of the X-Men sudden change.0 -

Because you were never in the habit of wearing pants anyway? Or are rumors of the X-Men being a strictly pantsless alliance unfounded? THE COMMUNITY NEEDS TO KNOW.
Also, is it me, or did Kakko have a sudden sex change in Arktos' post?0 -
Oh sorry, Kakko is usually a Japanese name for girls. So I assumed it was a girl.

It's kind of hard to be an orgy of sex, drugs, and corruption with pants on.0 -
Am I the only one who reads OMG
an internal dialog starts in my head?
Oh, my, god. Becky, look at her butt
It is so big. She looks like
One of those rap guys' girlfriends
But, y'know, who understands those rap guys?
They only talk to her, because
She looks like a total prostitute, 'kay?
I mean, her butt, is just so big
I can't believe it's just so round, it's like
Out there, I mean - gross. Look!
She's just so ... black!
which then leads me to singing......
I like big butts and I can not lie
You other brothers can't deny
If not then high fives all aound!0 -
Your a good man,Marco....... This was long overdue and a genuine post worth replying too.
Making you the new face and ambassador of x-men was definitely a VERY wise decision and will help your credibility immensely as a team.
I still wish you were secretly a Tokyo princess,puzzle-master hottie with a name like "kakko"! Dare to dream huh?0 -

Lol,
Lmao Jonny,
Nobody made me ambassador of the X-Men btw, just felt this needed to be said.
I also read things that make me go 'huh'??? Especially by Arktos.
Naz doesn't ask anything of us, he has been nothing but honest and truthful from the day
I joined. We have a system of peer placement, but I think that s a smart thing. A player
doing 600 each pvp will feel lousy in an all 1100 crew, and that works the other way around too.
I will adress the 'cheating' issue in a new reply.

Cheating
I think cheating is a horrible thing and have reported Watercat personally to the devs.
I would not be in The X-Men if they allowed cheaters. Period.
The 2k i put up in that event, you need 3 things for that:
1) time
2) hp
3) one or two wingmen at a same pointlevel as you, who are just as crazy as you.
The way Flo plays, Daken, Sentry, loaner, hey, I could do that. There's no mystery there.
And of course you need to shieldhop. When you are above 1500 points, almost everybody
else gets you just 2 points. And I think that's a flawed game mechanic if there ever was one.
This game punishes the early push. In stead of rating the team I attack, I get my points by
hitting some guy being brave with a weak team reaching like 700 points early. Of course my
maxed team squashes him in a minute.
And I don t think shieldhopping is a flawed game mechanic. I honestly don t see the difference
between hitting a shielded teammember or somebody else with the same team. It'll be the
same team, handled by the same (not so smart) AI.
It's a simple matter of economics: who do I hit to get the highest points? And after that: shield
up like crazy, for because of my early rush I'm worth almost 50 points to everyone out there.
So, no mystery, no cheating, just simple game mechanics.

There was 1 good thing that came from all the random threads. We play harder. Ive been playing harder on the ladder sim today. Went up by 700ish points today. Going for my red pun and black doom. and gipsy is on my board. Im comin for ya.0

We all know how to shield hop and any of the top alliances can reach 2000 pts if wanted.. What we cant understand and what raises suspicion is the hp, you and your partner in crime flo, are willing to throw in a single event..we have all noticed your one fight shield hop mechanics.. One of you start early.. Reach the 800 pts plateau and the other one keep leeching off you (and later other xmen joined the party then the bloated scores across your alliance).. Nothing too shabby here.. By my own account.. Between 800 and 1500 pts with a 25 pts target, each hop, you need 2100 hp without taking into account the ap boost you re sure to buy.. You re around 2500-3000 hp each event (for 2000 pts.. Minimum 4000 hp !!!!) That is a total non sense.. Even if you re as succesfuĺ as you say you are, you should know the worth of a dollar and you never want to waste your hard-earned money for bragging rights in a match 3 game.. Except if you have a hp hack..QED..0

Marco I wasn't attacking Naz or defending arktos by any stretch I was simply trying to support a seemingly positive thread...... Even if you guys have declared my team "KILL ON SIGHT" because of me giving arktos a chance on my team which is sad and silly as I've been nothing but good to you and my other friends on x-men. I'm way too old for those kind of games ( FYI I'm 29 but still it's a fricking match-3 game!).
Franky is right any alliance can spend ridiculous HP and get those kind of points hitting your own teammates over and over but for what? Bragging rights in a match-3 game? I've been their and done that it's such a waste of money but if it makes you happy then I guess do what you must. Spending upwards of 3,000HP to earn 250HP? This won't lead to any true victory or competetive "elite-status" as you admitted you just keep hitting each other. Where's the thrill in that? This will lead to burnout and a lot of money wasted....... And is definitely not helping the currently over-expensive structure and economy D3 has created as you are only feeding the beast as I used to do as well.0 -

Hey Jonny,
I didn't respond to you saying anything about Naz. Something in an earlier thread said he pushes us to do things. That s not the case and that's what I reacted to. I do not know of any order regarding 'kill on sight' because of Arktos, and frankly, I wouldn't comply. First because I find it childish too, second because I haven t the slightest clue who Arktos IS and third because you are the first one of this community that reached out to me and I still consider you to be my friend.
And of course all what you and Francky are saying is true. I tried that 2k once. Won t do that again any time soon. Costly in time and hp. Don't mind sponsoring D3 though. They DO give us this wonderfully addictive match 3 game! Lol0 -
Hi,
Like y'all, I've read these Kakkos' declarations about X-Men not cheating.
He felt he had to. All right.
I'm just surprised people start to apologize because of these simple affirmations.
Hold on, how long did it take to have Watercat banned, even if everybody here knew ?
The current situation, if I remember well, was X-Men guys hitting +2000 pts in a PVP, with super weak rosters for some of them. With many super big scorers appearing like that.
Then Jozier, as the whole community started to be suspicious. Logic to my eyes.
Then Iceix confirmed in a message cheat / hacks were discovered in X-Men and other big alliances (no name though for others)...
That's the situation at that point.
We're still waiting for the results.
So, sorry, I don't have "Doris's memory".
I appreciate Kakko's effort, and hope he is right, as it would make the game fair (regardless system rewarding spenders).
But it's not enough to make situation clear.
I'll believe everything is clean when Iceix come back and apologize for discrediting X-Men with wrong accusations.
Didn't arrive yet.
We all have presumptions. Don't blame someone (Arktos here, Francky Night), cos' they don't seem to bite it. Everyone has an opinion. Respect it whateva it is.
I just hope D3 won't take 6 months this time to solve it.
Would be too heavy for Nazerith alliance to carry such a cheater label, or too heavy for other top alliances to compete against a team using hacks.
In any case, D3 can't remain silent too long at that point.
Thanks for your time.0 -
Just a clarification, IceIX said that it tripped the cheating heuristics. But he also said that it could be because of the style of play, and that the method would probably also trip on most other major alliances0

Well, Stalker, you do not remember that well enough. The ones of us who did that, played Sentry/Daken. That is by no means weak, it is the deadliest killcombo out there. Let me reiterate: I would be devastated if one of us was a cheater and I don't believe it one bit.0 -
You are my friend as well Marco, always have been along with Mikey,Dark,Slobo and krane. I will leave this post alone as I have said enough anyways and respect you as person. Regardless of my thoughts towards certain x-men I will try to stay positive when I post and not be hateful.
But for the record I was told by Naz that Sparta was ordered "KILL ON SIGHT" by xmen until I kick arktos yet I have not been attacked by any of you nor does any x-men seem to want to follow the "order" anyways. Obviously an empty threat.I find that type of behavior cheap, degrading and very immature especially when my team is a casual one and focused on achieving cool rewards and being a family-oriented team....... We are not a threat to anyone we are not trying to take top 2. No interest. We are pumped if we can break top 10 and just enjoy the teamwork!
So thank again for showing proper taste and class on and off the forums Marco.0 -
@Kakko
If ya read me carefully, I don't clearly accuse. I talk bout suspicions many of us shared in forum not so long ago, with many elements and arguments that made sense.
We've seen more odd thangs than just shield hop (scores climbing without appearing in nodes whereas ton of players were prospecting, etc).
Anyway, things went so big now that it's up to D3 to solve this situation. For X-Men and all other alliances. And quick !
We can't wait 6 months to know what's up. My post is all about that.
Even X-Men guys should put pressure on em so that they clearly say you're clean if you really are. Then you won't even have to open threads.
As long as they do not, I just believe what we've seen. Objectively. Not problem with not being 1st
S.H.I.E.L.D used to be long ago.
There was taunting and stuff, but no such accusations.
Ask yourself why.0 -
