Accidentally wasting boosts even after removing them

If you change your boosts before a match, your changes aren't saved until you press Fight (and begin the match). So, for example, if you choose to remove certain boosts, then go back one stage and change your characters, when you hit the boosts screen again the boost that you removed will be equipped again. I just wasted a valuable boost because I assumed that I'd removed it, then quickly tapped through to the Fight button before I'd realised what had happened.

Could we have a better solution for equipping boosts? Perhaps a separate menu that can be accessed from outside of the match preparation flow, as it's not like you're equipping boosts for one particular match - it's clearly a global setting that's preserved between matches and events.
