Upgrade arrows on all heroes without max powers

Every hero I have that doesn't have max powers have an upgrade arrow beside it in the roster screen... which is fairly annoying.

    I found this happens when I have enough iso on hand to level them up.

    I'm sure it was purposely done to entice players into spending HP on covers.

    But in reality, a better way to entice players is to show them what every level of covers can do for you.

    There's little incentive to level up to cover #2 when all it does is grant you a -1 AP cost. It's much more encouraging to see what powers are waiting for you when you reach level 5.


    It's not like there is a lack of screen space to include this information.

    Oh... too late. I've already bought lots of HP to max all my covers so that I won't see the arrows anymore... Happy now d3p? =(
