Do I Even Stand A Chance At Hitting 5K in Season Now?

First time poster, true believer icon_e_wink.gif

I was REALLY hoping they didn't do the whole healing dealio before season's end but here we are!

Didn't figure out the whole skipping and tanking deal til mid-season 2 and didn't really try but was really hoping for that 10 pack in season 3 and have been pushing hard especially after the initial post went up from IceX.

Currently at 2879 for the season.

So what do you guys think? Do I still stand a chance?

I work all day. Play maybe 30 mins after work and 1-2.5 hours at night.

    Big question: how much of your score is part of the simulator?

    Edit: there are likely about 5 tourneys left. You need 2100 so assuming you are done with the sim, thats 420 which i used to be able to achive with 2 star teams. If you havent used the simulator yet, you can get a spurt up to 1200 so it would be easily possible if you havent used that.

    What was your avarage pvp score?

    1039pts in simulator, rank 901

    got 26 in a tourney within the last few days but with all the changes i'm sure that will be lower and lucked out and got to play at the end

    So you have almost 2K points from just PVP and 1K from sim. There have been 4 tournaments so far so you are averaging almost 500 per. There are still 5 or 6 events left so if you come even close to 500 per PVP you will have well over 5K. Also I would say you can pretty easily raise your sim score if needed to hit your 5K.

    There are exactly seven events left, including Blind Justice (but not Widowmaker). Should be relatively easy.

    What is interesting to me is the emphasis on the 10 pack. it does not really mean much. The 3* rate is pretty abysmal and with the growing number of characters the chance of actually building a character is harder and harder.

    While others are right about you hitting 5k easily, it really is not a big deal. You can get the equivalent of the ten pack by just playing the PvP matches and getting to 300. Fun fact, I have yet to get a 3* from those.
