    I doubt they really feel that way given the massive burnout and turnover in the software industry.

    They're more likely thinking, "WHY WONT YOU BUY HEALTH PACKS I have 3 k1dz plz I am 40 and therefore too old to get a job in Silicon Valley and the hours I work are considered war crimes in some countries if you read this send help¡"

    One of my closest friend is in the industry. It is not entirely that bad, there are some pretty good employers out there.

    Of course if you ask me, you can tell how a company might treat its employees from the way they treat their players.
