I have been a businessman for 24 years, owning 4 different business with 100 of employees, but I got to tell you, if one of my guys would pull a stupid stunt like this without analyzing it through, well , his **** would be lined up for unemployement.
Now maybe prologue did suck big time, wasting my time for nothing but was effective, there are other ways to fixed this by lowering the price of HPack and healing faster. I know maybe this was a way to lower traffic because your servers can`t handle it, but the way you people handle these type of changes, mid events / mid season doesn`t make sense to me why you would annoy your customers.
I had fun, but I am relieved now that I will be playing something else, like ps4/ xbox one / tablette / pc / vita.....etc.
The end will be of your own making.
