Why am I in a shard with guys that have maxed covers?

Title says it all. I have a 141 Punisher mostly maxed 2*

Hulk, Daredevil, BP, Hood, IM40 under 115. All my other 3* are below 77

So why in PVP am I matched with guys that have maxed covers & lvl a for Lazy Daken,LThor, LCap, LStorm?

I don't have the time to tank, I've only spent real money on cover slots, so why match me with guys who are paying more money? I can probably luck out and beat one, but then I have no health packs left, healing is going away. So how is a casual guy supposed to play? I'm on day 245 so I do play everyday, I'm not quitting. I just would like to know, again, what is the vision here?

I don't design games so I'm totally speaking out of my ****. But why are F2P players lumped with guys that have the time and disposable income to buy all covers? Can't you guys section them off and let them beat on each other, burn cash and let me PVP against casual players?

I don't understand MMR nor should I have too. I'm 40 plus and don't have the time to play the game in its current iteration. Covers are becoming out of my reach. I can't play 3plus hours a day. The last guy I got was Sentry, I have his red and green, who do I use him against? IceX stated the pending changes are to force variety in team comps. Fine. But how do I vary my team comps if I have incomplete 3's against guys with maxed 3's?

I asked in an early thread about the intention/direction of the game. I'm still wondering. You guys are very good at trying to manage play styles, but refuse to address most of the frustrations of the forum. Which leads me to believe the customer base that play and don't use the forums are spending money at an acceptable rate, and that is the focus.
