No PVP Guide

Hi all,

I had a question about PVP and did not see a guide. The search function also doesn't work for me (I get an error), and I am not sure what key words would net me the answer.

The question:
I am trying to figure out when to start a lightning round in order to get into a decent bracket (also wondering about scaling and rubberbanding, if these apply). This also holds true for longer PVP events, but I am currently thinking about the lightning round.

I'm sorry if this has been answered, but I *did* look.

there are no brackets in the LR's, it's one giant unbracketed slugfest. Entering in the opening minutes is the best way to go about it as that will get you seed teams that you can beat no matter what level your heroes are. Go till the seed teams run out for an easy 1k+ iso. Scaling and MMR don't really matter much in LR's cause as i said, it's unbracketed.

So the scaling (lack thereof) also affects all PvPs? Or did you mean it doesn't matter for the LRs due to the timing?

it doesn't matter because of the timing(only an hour and a half long) and that it's unbracketed, means you're just as likely to go against people your level as you are 141's.
