Two additions to the "true healing" change

I am actually looking forward to the true healing changes because I am tired of playing OBW on my team. I do so primarily for the healing (and therefore longevity of play ability) aspect. There are two additional changes, however, that I think will make this true healing a bit easier on us:

1) At the conclusion of a match, credit us healing equal to the time since the match started. Example, if the match lasts 10 minutes, once the match is completed, if the character was 30 minutes from full health, heal them such that they are now 20 minutes from full health. The same should apply to the "downed" countdown, if they are downed during the match, knock the 10 minutes the match took off of the downed counter. This may not seem like much, but it will add up, and additionally, for those of us who play on mobile devices, we often are in situations where our match is interrupted by something else IRL. I have come back to a game an hour later, then ended up with all characters downed or severely damaged, and it would be nice to have the hour that I was away from the game credited as healing at the end of the match.

2) Increase healing rate across the board. Since we will be chewing through health much faster, an uptick on the over-time healing rate would be appreciated.
