your first 3* cover?

Does anyone remember what their first 3 star cover was? Mine was a purple daredevil for simulator reward. Felt so good to get him as I had seen him in the simulator team up node and was like holy **** this red dmg is insane! I know hes not the greatest but im still hoping to get him covered fully to max him since he was my first. Come on daredevil rewards for the hollowpoint event thats prolly next!

One of the Spidey's, I forget which color. During the first PvE event (Unstable ISO), all of the Spidey colors were progression rewards. Since it was the pre-rubberbanding era, I played a ton of 4-16 point matches to hit those rewards.

IM40... Got him as the 500 point progression reward in the first two IM 40 PVPs (Forgot the name, Double Shot maybe?). Only PVP I recall that gave a 3* cover as a 500 point progression reward.

Yellow Spidey. He was 5th or 6th character I got. IM, Storm, Widow, maybe Hawkeye and yellow Cap and Spidey from tokens in the first week. But in that first week i probably played less than I play in a day now.

I think it was a blue Hood that I ended up selling fairly soon - I remember getting one and thinking "wow, 15th level." Since I never found him that useful at the super-early (first week or two) phase of the game, and I had never heard of the character, I sold him early. I regretted it later, but ended up maxing his blue first, so the regret stopped.

IM40 might have been earlier - I think I got one when he was introduced. I kept it, but didn't get him cover-maxed until this morning - he was my tenth cover-maxed 3*.

Yellow Hood from a token when I had under 10 characters. I thought he was awesome for a while since he had sooooo much more HP than my other 1* characters. He's now up to 3/5/1. Some of those were won, others were tokens as well.

Second 3* I got was DD, who is one of my favorite comic book characters, but even in the early days I realized how **** he was, so I sold him instead of spending what little HP I had (or maybe didn't have) on a slot for him.

And that was when slots were one at a time. I couldn't imagine starting the game now and finding out I'd have to buy them in bulk. HP was so scarce then.

Punisher, black. When I became pressed for roster space, I figured that I would never end up maxing him out, so I sold it. Fortunately, I ended up pulling tons of black Punisher covers later on, meaning that mistake didn't really hurt me in the long run.
