I am getting the same points that I have been before the accusations started getting tossed around. So I'm not sure what benefits I'm enjoying. That being said I really didnt post that to start any fight. I posted that in response to another player seeming to take this thread as fact. I have nothing against you or your alliance. I posted that because from my point of view, talking with my team daily I have never seen any mention of anything like that. That's why to me its speculation and certainly not accurate from the details I have.

Who have you accurately identified and how are they cheating? I can tell you if I saw cheating or heard about it I wouldnt be in this alliance. That is the truth. I get roughly the same rewards that I would in 50 other alliances. I certainly havent heard about from any of my teammates. Our team talks all day about this game and other world events and I havent seen it once ever. If you have a theory or proof or really anything other than saying those dudes are scoring too much then please bring it here. I will listen objectively. I truly will. If you have something, anything, please share it.

Other than that please log tickets. I encourage that. For what its worth from my private conversations with my team mates. They all encourage that as well.

I'd like to go on absolute record here...I am shocked I was even named in that thread. Wow.

I am not, nor have I, cheated. Yes, I have a maxed Daken and LThor. I worked hard for it, but missed some covers for both of them while in an old alliance. I paid for a couple of covers for the ones I missed for both of them.

I don't use speed hacks or any other ****. I fight fair and don't hack the system to give me 2,000 points. Yes, I do try to score all that I can, especially now. That is because I'm in the same Season 3 bracket as Flo98, Electro and Gipsy...so, in order to stay even close, I have to fight for every point.

If there is anyone thinking at all that I may be cheating, seriously, look at my roster. I don't have the strongest roster, I'm just determined and not willing to quit easily. I pay a great deal of attention to what matches are available on any board I'm on, and bypass fights I know will either take too long, or ones that I don't stand a great chance in winning.

so...to that shaowebb person on the other thread, I appreciate you felt the need to report me...but I'm not a cheater. But, X marks the spot.

I would certainly not pay attention to that thread that much outside of morbid curiosity. This was golden right after it:

im willing to guess it's legit... last I heard shield kicked anyone that wasn't up to their standards so they likely just have 20 whales in the alliance.

Kicked them out so hard we forced them to quit the game, too...!

To be fair (although Shaowebb does seem to be an idiot) - to an outsider without our dedication to a match 3 game, it must look pretty crazy to see our rosters
How anyone can play for an extended period of time and not know the top alliances though is something else.

I have the perfect solution. I think the DEV's need to get an agreement with both the s.h.i.e.l.d. Leaders and X-men leaders. They need to agree the DEV's start and investigation inradiately. If X-men are found cheaters ban every single one of us in all 5 alliances. If X-men are not found cheaters. Ban every single player in s.h.i.e.l.d. That is only fair outcome since s.h.i.e.l.d.'s leaders have continually let thier members slander us on an open forum.....so agreement???

As a member of neither alliance, that's an impressively large pile of ****. Cheaters should be banned, I agree there. If there happen to be cheaters in shield ban them too. But banning them because they say bad things about you in an online forum? You're gonna go cry to the devs to ban them because they're mean to you? Gimme a break. Why do you give such a huge damn about what these people think?

Slander? To quote the great JK Simmons as J Jonah Jameson:

Also, cheating is something that warrants permanent banning of a game account. Bad-mouthing someone on a forum is something that warrants, at most, a temp ban on this forum. Ergo, your proposal kind of illuminates for me why your 'leaders' generally don't allow you guys to talk on this forum... and why you guys actually allow yourself to being cowed into obeying.

Since 5DV isn't a 20-strong collection of infected genitals, then by your standards, nazerith's repeated claims of such would already warrant a banning of all X-Men alliances from the game. That is only fair outcome.....so agreement???

Looking at the X-Men Alliances structures and from what I understood while I was in there, Nazerith paid for most (if not all) of the spots on the 4 Alliances.

He's going to lose quite a bit if the Alliances are banned.
