    Thanks for the update. Any advice on how to avoid this problem? Or a timeframe on the resolution? I haven't started the HT pvp yet but my decision as to when to enter sort of depends on my ability to play once I've entered a bracket. Also, my life schedule. If I block out certain hours to play the pvp but then get locked out, that will not be fun.
