NEO is missing in Standard Booster [Investigating]

I leveled up today and therefore I got a Standard Booster. But no NEO cards where included. 

3 rares and one uncommen to complete a deck, so I don't complain about what I got, but NEO wasn't in the title for available cards.

The free Booster on the other hand has NEO cards...
