Does anyone have any insight as to whether 4* Juggs gets the damage boost?

I test Juggs with TM’s sword hoping it would be awesome. It wasn’t. Unfortunately his power can only works with strikes. I’m not sure why Juggs is like that but iHulk can have his passive green boosted.

Thanks! I have assigned my 5* Proxima to MODOK, though I should probably spend a little more time in the assessment phase.

That's because the wording says the power has to be fired. So passive powers like Juggs don't qualify.

TaskSword boosts BOTH of Polaris' passives. It has been tested and confirmed.
That's why my Tasksword is permanently equipped to her.

I just passed by Support forum and saw this thread. Since it's still relatively recent, I thought I chime in.

As far as 4* Juggernaut's passive damage not benefitting from supports like Taskmaster Sword, it was mentioned a long time ago that his AoE is tied to match damage; therefore, it's not considered a power. That's why he doesn't benefit from Okoye's passive as well.

On the other hand, you might have noticed that his AoE triggers Kitty's red cd, which requires power to be fired to create attack tiles.
