Offline PvE & PvP Rankings

I searched and didn't find this posted already, but I'd like to be able to see out of game what the real time rankings in the PvE and PvP events are.

    Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but how would the game know to display rankings properly if you're offline?

    By "offline" I meant out of the game app. On a website somewhere. Basically a web app for just the viewing of standings and possibly user info like rosters, alliance, etc. For those of us that can't use the app at work, but can use the web.

    Basically, Halo Waypoint for MPQ. I approve.

    I'd love it if I could just see content-rich stats, rosters, announcements, etc. on something other than my phone's 5" screen. I've seen screenshots of the Steam UI, and it's gorgeous.
