in MPQ General Discussion
In the "Roll Mode" PVP event I got a few Big Wheel TU. Unlikely I'd spent a few before notice this:

Now I've 2 SMRR TUps, both at 6 PA cost, both at lvl 394 BUT...

1 rotate the center 2x2 block of tiles and dealing 1079 damage to the enemy team
1 rotate the center 4x4 block of tiles and dealing 1501 damage to the enemy team

Also, the additional damage is 297 and 521 respectively but, as the Speed Poins are 0, doesn't matter.

Anyone else had the same issue?

    One of them has 5 covers in that power.  I doubt you ran into a max-covered Big Wheel in his PvP, so it was probably from one of the introducing... fights.
