(Deadliest Woman) Pulse Disruption not working vs Electro’s Free of Charge passive

Basically, after putting Gamora’s yellow repeater on the field any damage I deal cuts through all damage reduction from the AI. From Wanda’s repeater to 5* professor X’s passive, to colossus match damage passive to Sinister’s passive.

However, when I use an AOE vs a team with Electro, Electro’s Free of Charge passive reduces the AOE damage. No other damage reducer does this with Gamora’s Pulse Disruprion on the field. 

Working as intended? Or a bug?

    Would be interesting to see if Quake's passive also reduces the damage like Electro does.
