    I think it is just the text doesn't update until next turn but the damage does, if you can correctly work out who is next on the damage dealt scale. Was always like that pre-boost anyway, don't think it would get altered

    That’s nothing new. If you play a team vs Apoc with a mutant, if you kill the mutant, you still can’t stun Apoc until the next turn as well.

    That's what it was, I knew there was at least one other character who had a similar condition that was similarly broken.
