September MPQ Forums Contest (9/16/21)

Attention all S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents - It's time for another monthly forum contest, and another opportunity to enter for a chance to win cool stuff!

Join Marvel Puzzle Quest in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! In attempts to bring attention and recognition to the cultures, contributions, and influences of Hispanic and Latinx Americans around the world, we are hosting a Trivia Contest to test your knowledge! 

Our Hispanic characters in Marvel Puzzle Quest get a lot of play from Agents of all skill levels. America Chavez herself continuously ranks in the Top 10 most played characters! But MPQ is also all about teamwork, and our Agents have elected to use each of the Hispanic descended characters with another unique teammate. 

For this Trivia Contest, your job is to use your cumulative MPQ knowledge and experience to guess which characters were most frequently used (in a team) alongside each of the 5 given characters. Read the details below to learn how to participate, see rules, and reward details. To all of our Hispanic and Latinx Agents in the field, Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!

To Enter:

Guess which characters were most frequently used (in a team) alongside each of the 5 given characters below. Teammate characters pertain to Player assembled teams only, but cover everything from PvP to PvE. Every given character has a unique “teammate”, so if you use Scarlet Witch as an answer for one of the given characters, she can’t be the answer in another!

You only need to provide the character’s name in the answer, not the variant. For example, using “Captain America” as an answer will suffice, you do not need to include “Infinity War”, “First Avenger”, “Super-Soldier”, or “Steve Rogers” in the answer.

1. America Chavez

2. Ghost Rider

3. Miles Morales

4. Spider-Man 2099

5. Nova

Submission Example:

1. America Chavez - Black Widow

2. Ghost Rider - Captain America

3. Miles Morales - Iron Man

4. Spider-Man 2099 - Thor

5. Nova - Hawkeye

Guessing the correct teammate in your answer list gives you 1 point. If you give the correct teammate and also match it to the correct character, you will get 3 points.

The 3 Agents with the highest scores at the end of the contest will win a prize!

Prizes:

1st Place - 3 random covers of each of the given characters, and 1,500 HP (total of 15 covers)

2nd Place - 2 random covers of each of the given characters, and 1,000 HP (total of 10 covers)

3rd Place - 1 random covers of each of the given characters, and 500 HP (total of 5 covers)

Rules & Regs:

If more than 3 Agents end up with the same high score, only the 3 Agents that submitted their answers first will win prizes. Time is ticking!

Entries will be accepted until 11:59PM PST Sunday (9/19/21). Any submissions after this time will not be accepted. One entry per player. Agents may update their guess while the contest is open, but edits made after the deadline will not count. Winners will be decided on Monday, 9/20/21 and announced soon after. S.H.I.E.L.D. admins will PM the winners. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim or they will forfeit the prize. Forum names will be shared publicly after winners are confirmed.

*Any Agents that do not have an MPQ account or don’t wish to take a prize may instead pass that prize onward to the next closest Agent in points.
