Horizontal Inertia Scrolling broken on PVE/PVP selection

Usually (iOS) inertia scrolling means you can „flick“ your finger and the screen starts scrolling until you touch and „hold“ the scrolling again. 

That worked in prior release, but 1 or 2 ago the scrolling stopped working properky - you can no longer hold the scrolling, only flick it into another direction to scroll there.

The way it should work can be seen with vertical scrolling in the vault/offer screen.

Would be nice if that can be fixed. Thanks.

    (It works on the pve „map“ of a single sub. But main selection screen are where its broken.)
