Old Gnawbone gold token creation bug [Investigating]

Old Gnawbone's ability reads:
"When a creature you control deals combat damage to your opponent's Planeswalker: Create X Gold Tokens. X is this creature's base power."

The bold text has the exact same wording as Toski, Bearer of Secrets. Which reads:
"When a creature you control deals combat damage to your opponent's Planeswalker: Draw a card. It gains X mana. X is this creature's power."

As you can see, the only difference is the word base in Old Gnawbone's text. But that shouldn't change how the ability works, only the amount of tokens that are created when the dragon is buffed and/or reinforced.

However both cards are working differently. Toski will always make you draw cards and gain mana equal to Toski's power regardless of the creature that deals combat damage. Old Gnawbone is creating tokens equal to the attacking creature's base power instead of always creating tokens equal to her own base power regardless of which creature is attacking, like the text suggests.

You can see on this video that I have both Toski and Old Gnawbone attaking, Toski makes me draw 2 cards and gives them 1 mana each because that is Toski's power. But Old Gnawbone creates just 1 gold token when Toski attacks and 9 when she attacks instead of creating 9 tokens both times since that is her base power.
