Wolvie/Deadpool has lots of synergy but takes forever, C&D/Wolvie are faster but you can't spam his black because it starves the board of that color, etc, etc, etc. I kept returning to Polaris though.Because while combining stuff with Polaris is not in any way very original, the thing is that 4* Wolvie as a board destroy specialist has a pretty unique synergy with Polaris. Synergy with tile destroy is pretty rare. It's not his fault that she's the most meta meta character who ever meta'd. And to my total surprise, the first team that really clicked for me for him was 4* Wolvie/ 4* Elektra / Polaris. The team has 2 cheap ways of getting the Polaris train started, Polaris' blue and Elektra's purple. Wolvie's green or black tile destroy is *devastating* with Polaris. Yes, even his normally kinda awful green-- Even if there aren't that many tiles yet, he's bound to hit some of them with green@5, it destroys a good portion of the board. And then you get damage + possibly cascades + multiple Polaris hits.

Apoc with a mutant, isn’t stunned. So, you kill the weakest member of a team (hello Polaris. Goodbye Polaris) and get 2 free turns with Apoc. This is really good because now you have 5 colors that can get good match damage in those 2 turns instead of just 3 with thanos, and you can plan out lots of things and combos for when the enemy comes out of stun. This is even better with Onslaught because a. rainbow is covered.b.Onslaught’s passive is great for one-shotting 4*s not named Roguec. Onslaught has a bunch of health so he’s not that affected by Thanos’ Court Deathd. Onslaught’s blue is great to chase in the stun of Court Death. It’s cheap and can set up lots of matches for aLL the powers at your disposal. I’m really feeling this team right now in pvp.
@Qazzy Try G4mora/Vulture/Sandman for the infinite stunlock. You're growing green and blue in the background with Vulture, and you have 2x stuns on those colors, one with an AOE and the other with a quite insta-kill built in. I used to ride hard nodes with that team as a 4* player, I'm sure it's mentioned 100 pages earlier in this thread lol.

I haven't champed Silk yet to try, but Apoc would tank yellow and black and is not a hero which would massively slow down the 2099s passive web tile creation and damage, and that would also limit how much Silk's passive damage goes off.
