4.6 Quest Feature only active for new accounts

My active account says: "coming soon", but creating a new account will have the quest system active.

Pls active actives account to take part of the new feature, i don't want to play another account from scratch...

Even not all new accounts will start having the new feature active...

For now, the Quest Journals are available for new players and VIP subscribers only.
