Story mode, wrong cards in deck

Hi,

Trying to play the last couple of fights in the Zendikar story mode. When I try to edit the deck to try a different strategy, the game does not use the edits in the match. When I go to look at and edit the decks before the match, they look correct. It shows the correct deck as labeled "current" in the deck editing screen. When the actual match starts it uses an old version of the deck. I've tried "edit deck" and "use deck", and just "use" but nothing works.
