Using x times an ability when opponent dies [Investigating]

This is a very old one
I used garruks third and the opponent died while it was executed without counting towards the objective,  another perfect gone, just because of the order/time the usage is registered towards the objective. In other words, when the opponent dies everything is immediately aborted. This is bad design
