ATV: Return or destroying tokens still generate softlocks [Investigating]

ATV bottom node. Dream eater returns the token created by brokhans 2nd and generates a softlock. i can do this lots of times without a softlock and than it happens. my guess is that this is an ui issue and not based on abilities or mechanics. please solves this.
i have lost so many perfects in the past by softlocks and hard crashes without any compansation or excuses. our coalition relies on us and our score, too.
this is a wonderful game but those issues are tedious.

    teammates are also reporting several softlocks while playing the atv event this Weekend

    we have about 10! reported softlocks on token destruction/exiling/returning within the current ATV event in our top 10 coalition. 
    we all hope that 4.5 will fix this issue
