Drowned Secrets doesn't trigger when you cast additional copies

    Additional copies of itself?  Its always been like that, not sure if its a bug or not.

    I guess depends on if it says "other" or not, I can never remember.

    it doesn't state "other" hence it should trigger when casting itself.
    I have no idea if this is still an issue on the other hand - confirmation needed.
