    The joes need more damage from heavy duty vehicles and fix the broken Havoc.

    Joe units perform best when cooperating and working together. For example, bazooka and paratroopers do more damage to targets suffering from debuffs , so have scarlett apply her stuns, or roadblock use his slows while they are attacking.
