Pre-season 1 Tier 14 Premium awards not issued

I attained Tier 14 premium status On both Joe/Cobra but did not receive the awards for either one. Anyone else have this issue?

Spoke with the team and they mentioned that the sequence is just missing but the reward is credited to your account.
