Super Skrull's "Inevitable Betrayal" does not steal health

A number of players have observed that the power does not steal any health.

There are conditions to the stealing.  Skrull must be hurt, you assume.  And it only steals from the enemy's allies. 

I tried him out this morning and saw it myself.  All conditions were met but no health was stolen.

    I think the issue has been fixed because I saw it stealing health today.

    Well, I tested it again today.  I hurt Skrull by retreating a few times and then took him into the DDQ TBE node.  Fired Inevitable Betrayal.

    It DID hurt the enemy teammates several times, but no health was gained by Skrull when that happened.

    I tested it again and it doesn't work.

    Downing the last character with a match-3 which turns into a cascade doesn't get freezed anymore. :D
