Add list of characters that couldn't be used for events. Same as boost list, but instead of boosting characters, block them.

    They used to have something like this in the form of the "Heroic" events.  These were expanded versions of the prologue chapters where the only characters you could use were from the boosted list.

    The main complaint people had was that they were quite hostile to newer players with more limited rosters: they might even have trouble forming a team of three characters.  And this was back when there were less than half as many characters in the game...

    Yes, I remember both those events and that you couldn't use same characters as opposite AI has. But for this case is just additional list, not as big and only as weekly rotation. Shouldn't be an issue even for small rosters.

    Well they could enforce different ban lists on different SCLs, if that were an issue. Presumably the reason for a ban list would be to force players to use someone other than character X every single time sort of like 3* R&G PVP (or whatever the new equivalent is... 3* Hulk PVP?).

    Still, I imagine that would be more of a feel-bad experience than a pleasant challenge especially for players who spent a lot of resources on characters who they can (temporarily) no longer use.
