bishop pasives don't trigger in pvp with wiccan as essential

when attacking an opponent, with wiccan and bishop.
the offensive bishop doesn't trigger his passives until wiccan's passive (Mystical destiny) conditions are met.
i.e. only after the attacking party reach 6 AP of each colour, does bishop passives begin to work.
this bug repeated every time.

i noticed similiar bugs with other passive char's as essentials, but it was difficult to determin the exact cause. with wiccan it is now very clear what is the bug. 
the char in the middle passive conditions are checked first, if they are not met, the proggram doesn't check the other characters passive conditions, it just skips ahead. 
fixing it is as easy changing the else{} into an else if(){}.

    I've noticed the same bug with Worthy Cap. Definitely Wiccan causing the issue.

    Wiccan’s pvp runs but once a year.  Hard to say how much priority a fix will receive. Other characters who tank or intercept damage also seem to cause Bishop to behave incorrectly. 

    I will take any Bishop Nerf or lockout they will provide at this point....intended or not......
