Upgrade preview #s not showing in game

Before you upgrade in game there were numbers in green that would tell you the difference in upgrading.
My missile strike is ready to upgrade to Level 11 for 60k gold. However the damage isn't going up? So at level 10 the missile strike damage caps out at 227? What's the point of upgrading if it caps out at 10 out of 13.

@Emperor_Serpentor - Before it would only show when you had the cards on hand to perform the upgrade...
They re-nerfed a lot of things with the update though. I believe this was blanket covered in the release notes as "General - Various bug related fixes"
