Cargo Crates - what is the criteria for Titanium, Gold, Silver and Bronze.

What is the criteria or what determines scoring for the different crates (Titanium, Gold, Silver and Bronze) for mission completion? I've managed to get all 4, but not sure why sometimes.

  It seems like I get a Silver Cargo (with Battle Cargoes available) every 6 wins on average. Someone might want to countercheck my observation.
