Patch r198 loading text size

I am a big fan of the latest patch - the QoL improvements are great, especially the shard meter.  So thanks for that.

I do have one small concern, and that is that the loading % right at the starting screen is now tiny, at least on Steam.  I can live with it, but I preferred the larger text if it's possible to return to it.
