Reason: No one really bothers with Sparks as a unit. Mostly because using a healing unit takes away from a damage dealing unit.  In Sea Battles it's quite a while before you can field a full roster of troops, so give Sparks some floaters and let them heal boats.

    Get rid of them. 2 Units that heal only is 2 too many...lol
