"Legend" on battle screen covers too much of the map

When in the pre-battle screen where you select your troops and get to view the opponent's base map, the "legend" telling us what objectives yield stars covers too much of the map. It completely obscures the top right corner of the water section of bases, making it difficult to see if there are any units deployed there. The legend would be better off as an icon to be clicked which would pop up the legend in a window that could then be dismissed.
