Niblis of frost not working after update [Fix in 4.1]

I used to have a niblis of frost loop deck. But after the update, the effect of getting +3/+3 and disabling the first creature of the opponent is not working.

    I can confirm Niblis no longer works at all - it doesn't get +3/+3. I didn't get to observe the disabling effect.
