Arlinn Kord/Adventure Transforming Soft Lock

I'm playing the first node in Challenge of the Courts: Garrrenbrig. My opponent is Arlinn Kord. Greg had a Beanstalk Giant on the field, and then used Touch of the Moon/Moon's Embrace to buff the Giant. The game immediately soft-locked, since the Giant has a second side that can't be resolved.
