[Solved] Constant request to download updates every day

I get this prompt to download updates of ~53MB to 65MB data every day, at least twice a day, even though I've allowed the download to complete. 

Is this normal or abnormal?

  This is normal. These updates are the patches and hot fixes being applied to the game following the world-wide release. These will likely decrease in frequency over time.
