Allow purchase of max health pack increase

Currently a free player. Something I'd be willing to chip in a little $$ for is an increase in the level to which health packs recharge. Like, currently it's just 5 for everyone. You could sell the ability to increase it. Probably best to sell for actual money rather than HP though.

    This game is competitive, and managing health packs is part of that. If you allow max health pack buys, you are making the game pay to win. You'll HAVE to buy it to be competitive.
