Eliminate lower level caps

2-skill characters need a third skill eventually, but for now can they at least have the same level cap? My Daken being stuck at lvl69 is just frustrating!

    He's intended to be a transition between 1 star and two star. That's why his ability set is so passive and annoying. If they let him level higher, his ability set would be horrible for the game.

    You face level 100+ Daken in PvE Events quite frequently. I have yet to see him being worse than any other level 100+ enemy.

    Over-leveled Daken is right up there with Ares and Juggernaut as one of the worst PvE opponents. While I admit that getting him to level 85 wouldn't bring about the apocalypse, he is far more of a problem than some of his peers level for level.

    They could never just give him extra levels, they would have to readjust his current scaling. His stats at 69 are his finished stats as intended. If we ever got a lvl 85 Daken a lvl 69 would be weakened and the 85 version would look quite a lot like the current 69 version minor tweaks aside.
